Aquaculture System (Our Fish Storey)
Our Fish Storey is the manifestation of Aqualita’s Decentralised Modular Recirculating Aquaculture System – first imagined, inaugurated, and fulfilled at the innovation garages within the Temasek Life Sciences Laboratory’s fish facility.
Our Fish Storey can be pre-fabricated and stacked into interconnected farms, enabling highly scalable fish production and meeting dynamic market demand and freshness within a small footprint in urban centres with fast lead time.
DeMAQ
DeMAQ is Aqualita’s basic unit of urban fish farm built within a 20HC (20ft high cube container). It can operate standalone or interconnected to a smart control centre, using programmable farming protocols suitable for different fish species and empowering the farmer with data to enable consistent and more determinate buyer fulfilment.
ACRAS
ACRAS is Aqualita’s Gen 2 model of an urban fish farm. It brings together seven 20HCs, interconnected to operate as a business model to enable continuous production of seafood throughout the production cycle.

Our Fish Storey makes use of our understanding of fish biology, feed, fluid dynamics and, through engineering stimulation, ensures that our fishes are grown in continuously clean and safe environmental conditions using the lowest inputs to bring safe, sustainable and wholesome seafood to consumers.
